Shocking!! Speaker Anita Among’s Alleged Audio Pinpointing Museveni Of Murder Storms Again – One Arrested

A student from Makerere University called Elson Tumwine is now waiting for his punishment after he said sorry in court for posting a fake video about the Speaker of Parliament, Anita Among.

The video was shared on TikTok in May 2025. In it, Tumwine claimed that Anita Among said President Museveni only apologised to the Baganda and forgot about other parts of the country.

He went on to say that Museveni was involved in very bad things in Teso region, including burning people in a train in Mukura and killing many others near Soroti University.

These strong claims were denied by Parliament. They said the video was not true and was meant to confuse people and cause problems. They also warned the public not to believe such videos.

“We have been made aware of an audio clip circulating on social media, attributed to the Rt Hon. Speaker @AnitahAmong. The clip is fake and unfounded. We urge the public to disregard this fake content aimed at spreading hate and misinformation,” Parliament stated on X.

The court has now found Tumwine guilty, and he is waiting to hear what punishment he will get.
