Calvin Echodu Endorsed by NRM Delegates Across Western Uganda in Bid for Eastern Vice Chair

Calvin Echodu’s campaign for NRM Vice Chairperson for Eastern Uganda continues to gain momentum as delegates from Kakumiro, Kibaale, Kagadi, Hoima, and Kibuku officially declare their support. Their endorsement reflects growing confidence in his leadership, vision, and ability to unite the party.

Meeting with delegates at venues including Kakumiro NRM House, Star Light Hotel, and URDT Reflection Center, Mr. Echodu laid out a clear and practical roadmap for development. He pledged to champion job creation, expand access to education, and empower youth and women through grassroots-driven solutions. He assured party members of his commitment to working closely with senior NRM structures for effective service delivery.

In Hoima and Kikuube districts, speaking at Hoima Resort Hotel, Mr. Echodu emphasized his passion for uplifting underserved communities. He promised to advocate for education opportunities for children from low-income families and to use his international connections to secure global opportunities for Ugandans through Uganda’s diplomatic missions abroad.

Mr. Echodu called on NRM members to reject divisions based on tribe, religion, or region and instead focus on building a stronger, more inclusive party. He warned against divisive propaganda and encouraged support for leaders with proven dedication and integrity.
