A New Dawn for Bulambuli!! Vote Biara Emmanuel Wepukhulu for MP!

Bulambuli has waited long enough. For years, the people have called for a leader who understands their daily struggles — someone who will put the community first. Since 2016, the district has been let down by leaders who focused more on their own gain than on serving the people. But now, real hope has arrived. That hope is Hon. Biara Emmanuel Wepukhulu.

Biara is not your typical politician. He is a man of the people, deeply connected to the land and its needs. As a professional Forester, Biara understands how to use Bulambuli’s natural resources wisely — to create jobs, support farmers, and grow the local economy without harming the environment. His vision is clear: sustainable development that benefits everyone.

What makes Biara stand out even more is his strength as a unifier. After years of disunity in his own family, he was able to bring them together with love and leadership. If he can do that at home, he can do the same for Bulambuli — uniting the district and guiding it toward progress.

Biara also brings strong networks that can open doors for Bulambuli. He has built strong relationships with key national and regional leaders, including Umukuka we Bamasaba, Uganda’s former Vice President Gilbert Bukenya, Kenya’s Speaker of Parliament Hon. Moses Wetangula, and Uganda’s Speaker of Parliament Hon. Anita Among. These connections will help attract the support, partnerships, and resources Bulambuli needs.

If elected to Parliament, Biara will be a powerful voice for Bulambuli. He will fight for better roads, job opportunities, improved healthcare, quality education, and modern farming support. He will make sure government services are felt in every village and every home.

This is the moment for change. Biara Emmanuel Wepukhulu is the leader who listens, acts, and delivers.

The people already spoke during the NRM primaries — they believe in Biara. Now, it’s time to stand together and make that belief a reality.

Bulambuli deserves better. Vote Biara Emmanuel Wepukhulu for MP — A Leader with Vision, A Voice for the People!
