Hon. Biara Emmanuel Wepukhulu Shows Support at Bungwanyi Church Fundraiser

Hon. Emmanuel Wepukhulu Biara, a well-known development advocate and aspiring Member of Parliament for Bulambuli Constituency, recently attended a fundraiser at Bungwanyi Church of Uganda. The event was organized to raise funds to complete the church building. Biara made a meaningful contribution to support the project.

During his speech, he encouraged the congregation to read Isaiah 7:14 on the morning of July 17, 2025, as they gather for the NRM primary elections. The verse reads, “Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel.”

Biara’s involvement in the fundraiser shows his commitment to the spiritual and social well-being of his community. His active role in the upcoming NRM primaries highlights his desire to offer transparent, dedicated, and people-focused leadership.

His 2026–2031 parliamentary manifesto includes a 14-point plan that addresses key areas such as education, farming, health services, roads, and youth empowerment. Through his leadership, Biara aims to bring lasting development and real change to the people of Bulambuli by focusing on their needs and working hard to improve their lives.
