Man Admits to Pouring Acid on Woman During Court Hearing

A 24-year-old woman claimed that her ex-boyfriend poured acid on her face. While speaking before the court, she revealed that the cruel attack pushed her to end their seven-month relationship.

“I had a boyfriend who asked me to return his keys after I told him I was ending things. He was furious, and on the day I went to hand them back, we met at the gate. He asked for the keys, and as I stretched out my hand, he was holding a bottle with liquid. He poured it on my face, it burned so terribly that I screamed, and he ran off,” she testified in court.

The victim said a compassionate neighbor came to her rescue and rushed her to a nearby clinic for first aid. She was later transferred to a major city hospital where she underwent surgery, but sadly, her sight could not be restored.To Read More, Tap Here
