Boda Boda Rider Goes Mad After Stealing Motorcycle, Shocks Onlookers

In Kampala, Uganda, a bizarre scene unfolded when a boda boda rider who had stolen a motorcycle suddenly went mad in broad daylight. Witnesses said the man began behaving erratically—stripping off his clothes, rolling on the ground, and shouting in a way that made no sense.
