Shocking!! Ugandan Prostitutes Arrested After Forcing Tourists To Eat Them At The Beach

In a bid to restore order and protect its image as a safe tourist haven, Thai police have launched a sweeping crackdown on foreign sex workers operating along Pattaya Beach. The operation comes in the wake of mounting complaints from holidaymakers, many of whom say they were harassed, intimidated, and in some cases, threatened by women aggressively offering sexual services.

The crackdown escalated on the night of Tuesday, September 23, 2025, when two Ugandan women, aged 31 and 40, were arrested by undercover officers posing as tourists. Police allege the women had been targeting foreign visitors, persistently offering sex in exchange for cash and behaving in a manner that made many tourists feel unsafe.

Their arrest was part of a coordinated sting operation aimed at addressing what authorities describe as a growing public nuisance.

“Visitors said they were followed, insulted, and pressured by groups of African women, many of them Ugandans,” police reported, citing a wave of complaints filed over recent weeks. Some tourists also claimed they were forced to hand over money, and a few said they were threatened when they declined the offers.

According to officials, an undercover officer was approached by the two Ugandan women while walking along the beach promenade. The officer was offered sex for money, confirming the allegations. Both women were taken into custody and now face charges related to prostitution. Authorities also stated that they may be deported for violating Thailand’s immigration laws.

While Thailand has long struggled with its complex relationship with the sex industry, the law is clear: prostitution is illegal—for both locals and foreigners. However, enforcement has often been lax, particularly in nightlife hubs like Pattaya. This latest operation signals a shift in approach, with police vowing to take a firmer stance.

“Prostitution is illegal in Thailand for both locals and foreigners,” a police spokesperson said. “The aggressive behavior of some sex workers makes tourists feel unsafe and harms the country’s image as a holiday destination.”

Tourist Police Chief Pol. Lt. Gen. Saksira Pueak-am confirmed that this operation is just the beginning of a broader initiative aimed at curbing tourist harassment and restoring public order in key tourism zones.

“Officers will continue to patrol Pattaya Beach and arrest anyone found harassing or extorting tourists,” he stated. “This crackdown will expand to other cities such as Bangkok and Phuket, where similar problems have been reported.”

The two Ugandan women remain in custody while the investigation continues. Meanwhile, officials have hinted that more arrests are imminent, as law enforcement agencies coordinate to tackle what they now view as an escalating threat to Thailand’s tourism-driven economy.

Pattaya, long known for its vibrant nightlife and international crowd, draws millions of visitors each year. But in recent times, an uptick in aggressive street solicitation has raised alarms—not just among tourists but also among local business owners who worry about the damage to the city’s reputation.

This latest crackdown, authorities say, is part of a broader campaign to ensure that Thailand remains welcoming, safe, and respectable in the eyes of the world.
