Museveni Announces Plans to Retire from Active Politics After Current Term

President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has declared his intention to retire from active politics after completing his current presidential term, saying he wants to return to his rural home in Rwakitura and enjoy a quieter life away from the demands of leadership.
