SAD!! DNA Tests Allegedly Prove Jose Chameleon’s One Child Isn’t His

Ugandan music star Jose Chameleone has strongly denied allegations circulating on social media claiming that a DNA test revealed one of his children is not biologically his, describing the claims as false, malicious, and potentially defamatory.

The controversy began after a Facebook post attributed to media personality Josephat Sseguya started circulating online. In the post, Sseguya allegedly claimed that Chameleone had secretly conducted a DNA test and discovered that one of the children he has been raising was not his biological child. The allegation quickly spread across social media platforms, attracting widespread debate and speculation among fans.

However, Chameleone has categorically dismissed the claims, saying they are entirely fabricated and warning that legal action could follow against those responsible for spreading the story.

In a strongly worded statement shared on his official social media pages, the singer expressed anger and disappointment over the allegations.

“I AM VERY DEVASTATED BY THIS FALSE ALLEGATION MR SEGUYA!!!!!! You might pay a very big price whilst looking for attention!!!! YOU ARE SLOWLY OPENING A CAN OF WORMS,” Chameleone wrote.

He continued by firmly denying the claim, adding, “THIS NOT TRUE!!. You have taken your Lies really far and I guess we are going to Deal with this in court!! STOP YOUR MALICIOUS ALLEGATIONS RIGHT NOW!!!!”

The statement, signed “Yours, JOSE CHAMELEONE,” has since been widely shared by fans and fellow entertainers, many of whom have condemned the spread of unverified claims involving the artist’s family.

The allegations emerged at a time when celebrity gossip continues to dominate conversations on social media, with claims relating to paternity and DNA tests often attracting significant public attention. However, no evidence has been publicly presented to support the allegation made in the circulating Facebook post.

As of publication, Josephat Sseguya had not publicly released any documents, DNA results, or other verifiable information to substantiate the claim. He had also not responded to Chameleone’s threat of legal action.

Legal experts note that publishing or repeating false statements capable of damaging a person’s reputation can expose individuals to defamation lawsuits if the allegations are proven to be untrue. Chameleone’s statement suggests he is prepared to pursue legal remedies should the matter continue.

Fans have reacted with mixed opinions online. While some called for restraint and urged the public not to spread unverified reports, others demanded that anyone making such serious allegations should provide credible evidence before publishing them.

The incident also highlights the growing challenge of misinformation on social media, where sensational claims can rapidly gain traction before their authenticity is established. Public figures have increasingly resorted to legal action to protect their reputations against what they describe as false and malicious online content.

For now, Chameleone maintains that the allegations are completely false and insists no such DNA test ever produced the results being claimed. Unless credible evidence emerges, the claims remain unverified. The dispute now appears likely to move beyond social media and into the courts if the threatened legal action is pursued.
