OMG!! Muhoozi Posts Photos Of Sick Lukwago Pleading In His Basement – Says He Has Used Over 5 Pampers
Uganda’s Chief of Defence Forces (CDF), Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba, has publicly claimed responsibility for the reported detention of former Kampala Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago, issuing a series of provocative social media posts that have intensified political tensions and sparked renewed scrutiny over the use of security agencies in politically sensitive disputes.
The developments unfolded on Monday after reports emerged that armed men, believed by witnesses to be members of the security forces, surrounded Lukwago’s residence before taking him away. The operation prompted immediate concern among opposition supporters and legal observers, particularly because it came against the backdrop of an ongoing court battle involving senior government officials.
Shortly before his reported arrest, Lukwago posted on social media alleging that security personnel accompanied by “two drones” had sealed off his home, preventing movement in and out of the premises. His message quickly circulated online, fuelling speculation over an imminent security operation.
Hours later, Gen. Muhoozi appeared to acknowledge that Lukwago was being held, suggesting in a series of posts that the detention was linked to attempts to serve him with legal documents arising from ongoing court proceedings.
Responding to reports that lawyers intended to serve him with court papers, Muhoozi wrote: **“Please serve the papers and I’ll arrest both you and whoever serves them!”
In another message apparently directed at Lukwago, the military chief added: **“Ngu he summoned me?? How do you DARE to utter those words? Only Mzee can summon me. This fool will learn the lesson he has been begging for.”
The CDF later shared photographs that he claimed depicted Lukwago while in detention. However, the authenticity of the images, where they were taken, and the conditions under which they were captured have not been independently verified. Authorities have also not issued an official statement confirming Lukwago’s detention, identifying his location, or outlining the legal basis under which he may be held.

The incident has unfolded against the backdrop of an ongoing legal dispute involving opposition leader Dr. Kizza Besigye and his co-applicant, Hajji Obeid Lutale. The pair have filed proceedings challenging actions allegedly taken against them by senior state officials, including claims relating to their treatment and the conduct of security agencies.
Political allies of Lukwago say the veteran lawyer and opposition figure had been actively involved in efforts connected to serving court documents in that matter. Members of the People’s Front for Freedom (PFF) have alleged that the security operation at his residence was intended to frustrate those legal processes and prevent the documents from being served.
Those allegations have not been officially confirmed by government authorities or security agencies.
The High Court application at the centre of the dispute seeks declarations on several issues, including the alleged abduction of Besigye from Nairobi, Kenya, the legality of proceedings that followed his return to Uganda, and alleged violations of constitutional rights, due process and personal liberty.
Muhoozi’s own public comments have drawn widespread attention because they appear to directly reference both the attempted service of legal papers and Lukwago’s reported detention. Legal experts and political observers have noted that the remarks could become relevant in future proceedings, although no court has yet ruled on the substantive allegations contained in the pending application.
As of Monday evening, Lukwago’s lawyers, family members and political associates said they were still seeking information about his whereabouts and condition. Calls have grown for authorities to disclose where he is being held and to clarify the legal justification, if any, for his detention.
The episode adds another layer of controversy to the increasingly tense intersection of Uganda’s legal system, opposition politics and security operations. With court proceedings involving Besigye and other respondents still pending, attention is likely to remain focused on whether official agencies provide further clarification regarding Lukwago’s status and the circumstances surrounding his reported arrest.
