What I Did to Bring More Customers to My Shop
Running a business is never easy, especially when you start small and depend on it to support your family. My name is Paul, and I live in Jinja, Uganda. For many years, I ran a small retail shop in town. At first, I thought it would grow quickly, but instead, I faced one obstacle after another. Sales were low, customers stayed away, and sometimes I even made losses. Meanwhile, my competitors seemed to be thriving, and I often wondered what I was doing wrong. I worked tirelessly every day, opening early and closing late, yet profits never improved.
The pressure became overwhelming. I borrowed money multiple times, hoping things would turn around, but the debts only grew. My wife began losing faith in me, and even my friends suggested I close the business. Deep down, I knew I wanted to keep fighting. I had invested everything into this shop, and giving up was not an option. I prayed, tried promotions, and even changed suppliers, but nothing worked. I reached a point where I almost lost hope.TO READ MORE, TAP HERE
